Violence against individuals in the name of psychiatric "therapy" is becoming more and more well known. Nellie Bly was one of the first individuals to call attention to the problem, by exposing life in a psychiatric hospital after posing as a mentally ill patient.

Today, the Citizens Commission on Human Rights is the leader of a movement to bring accountability to the psychiatric industry.

Part of their courageous work includes exposing psychiatry as the pseudoscience that it is.

Besides the sexual and physical abuse of patients, the explosion of treating the mythical disease, "chemical imbalance", puts psychiatry in the realm of snake oil merchants.

If you, or anyone you love has been abused by a psychiatrist, contact CCHR to report psychiatric abuse.
